The market Parakletos addresses
is estimated at $29B by 2030, according to Mordor Intelligence.
According to Mordor Intelligence, the commercial vehicle ADAS market is estimated at $13.78 billion in 2025 and projected to reach $29.10 billion by 2030, a 16.13% CAGR. The aftermarket retrofit segment is estimated to grow faster still, at 16.85%, while factory-fit holds an estimated 73% of revenue, which suggests that many vehicles already on the road have no active safety system. In FMCSA's Large Truck Crash Causation Study, when a critical reason was assigned to a large truck, it was driver-related in about 87% of cases (a study of large-truck crashes, not a finding of legal fault). Parakletos is aimed at older vehicles that factory systems do not reach. Our Safety Intelligence subscription is available today. Active Vehicle Protection is planned only: certification has not been started and may not be achieved. (Mordor Intelligence)

Where Parakletos fits.
The commercial vehicle safety market is well served in many ways. In our assessment, retrofit systems that work across a mixed fleet generally only warn the driver, while systems that actively intervene tend to ship as vendor-specific hardware, certified against particular vehicle models. Parakletos is aimed at the space in between. Today, that means a Safety Intelligence subscription that reads the radar already fitted to supported vehicles. Active Vehicle Protection, which would act on the vehicle, is planned only.
The Underserved Intersection
As far as we are aware, active retrofit intervention exists mainly as model-specific kits built around a single vendor's own hardware, aimed at late-model commercial trucks in developed markets. Based on the vendor information we have reviewed, these are generally not designed for a mixed-age, mixed-make fleet. Many older vehicles on the road have no active safety system, and that is the group Parakletos is built for, starting with the Safety Intelligence it offers today.

Based on publicly available vendor information, accessed October 2026. This comparison is a general characterisation of product categories, not of any named company, and individual products vary and may have changed since.
Parakletos is aimed at combining two things: working across many makes and models, and, only if certified in future, actively intervening. The first half, Safety Intelligence, is available as a subscription. VisionTrack states that it supports more than 75,000 camera types (as stated by that vendor, not verified by Parakaleo). We read that as an indication that a retrofit model that works across many devices can succeed commercially, though for analytics rather than evasion. We intend to apply the same retrofit logic first to safety scoring and, if certification is pursued and achieved, to active collision avoidance.
How Parakletos is licensed.
Pricing runs per vehicle, per month. Safety Intelligence is the paid product today, and the subscription is available. Active Vehicle Protection is planned only and certification has not been started. If it is ever certified, it is expected to cost around $50 per vehicle per month on top, but that is not a commitment and nothing is sold yet. Parakaleo provides the software and reference specifications for qualified installers, and customers source and install any hardware themselves, at their own responsibility.
Fleet operators pay a per-vehicle license fee, billed monthly, for Safety Intelligence. Active Vehicle Protection, if it is ever certified, would be billed as a separate upgrade. Parakaleo provides the software and reference specifications for qualified installers, with no manufacturing and no installation dependency. Customers source and install any hardware at their own responsibility. The app is a companion to licensed accounts sold to organisations on the web.
Individual vehicle owners can license Parakletos for the monthly Safety Intelligence subscription. Any hardware a customer chooses to source follows Parakaleo's published reference specification and is the customer's own responsibility.
This is a possible future option, not something in place today. Only with the driver's explicit consent could Safety Scores or hazard event data ever be shared with an insurer. No insurer receives Parakaleo data today, and no insurer partnership exists. Any discount or premium effect would be the insurer's decision and is not guaranteed. Safety Scores are for coaching and fleet management, not for hiring, firing, credit, tenancy or insurance-eligibility decisions.
Larger fleet operators, vehicle manufacturers entering new markets, and government transport agencies may license Parakletos for deeper integration. This could include white-label or co-branded deployments.
