Your vehicles
already sense the danger.
Now you can finally see it too.
Parakletos reads radar data from the vehicle you already own, as long as it has a supported radar, and turns detected close calls into a clear Safety Score. Mobile needs no vehicle hardware and uses phone sensors only. Engine uses the vehicle's radar, so it needs a vehicle with a supported radar plus parts you source yourself. Its detection engine is the one we would use for an active protection system, which is planned only: certification has not been started. What you see today is available now.
Built for operators
running vehicles today.
You don't need new vehicles for this. Engine works with a wide range of the vehicles you're already running, reading the radar already fitted to them. Compatibility depends on the vehicle (2010 or newer, with a supported radar), so run the compatibility check in the portal to confirm yours. Mobile is a phone app that works as a companion to a licensed account.
Trucks, buses, and heavy goods vehicles can be involved in some of the most serious collisions on the road. Parakletos is designed for mixed-age fleets, recording hazards across your fleet's trips without a factory rebuild.
Driving all day in a city means constant exposure to pedestrians, cyclists, and blind intersections, and the driver behind the wheel changes all the time. Parakletos records the close calls it detects and turns them into something you can actually act on.
Many older vehicles on the road have no active safety system. Parakletos isn't tied to one brand, and the Engine is built for a wide range of cars from 2010 onward that already have a supported radar. It reads what the vehicle already has and gives you a Safety Score to build on.
Pricing risk is easier with data than with guesswork. Every hazard event Parakletos records carries a time stamp and could one day support data sharing with insurers, but only with the driver's consent. Nothing is shared with insurers today. Parakletos Safety Intelligence does not intervene, so it should not be presented as qualifying for collision-avoidance or ADAS discounts. Safety Scores are not designed for insurance-eligibility decisions.
Three layers.
One clear picture of your risk.
Many systems stop at a beep and hope you react in time. Parakletos reads the same threat, works out what it would have done about it with a processing target of under 100 milliseconds, and turns that into a Safety Score you can see. It is read only: it does not warn the driver and does not intervene, and nothing here touches your brakes or your steering. Active Vehicle Protection is a possible future product that is planned only, with certification not yet started, and it would be intended to run on this same engine.
Reads data from your vehicle's radar on supported vehicles, across a wide range of brands. No proprietary chips required.
Reads the radar picture as the vehicle drives and works out collision trajectories, navigable space, and hazards, with a processing target of under 100 ms. Lane markings aren't part of the equation, so it is designed to work on roads with no painted lines too.
Detected close calls become part of your Safety Score, right in the portal, with the event log behind it. With Engine on supported vehicles with a supported radar, hazard events reach the portal and feed the score, which is updated regularly. Read only for now, and clear about what it is: a record, not an intervention. Active Vehicle Protection is planned only.
"87%. In a landmark federal study of large-truck crashes, when a critical reason was assigned to the truck, it was driver-related in about 87% of cases. Parakletos is built on a single premise: a driver deserves to see the danger too, and one day, the vehicle shouldn't have to wait for either of you."
